1. Orders and Confirmation
Orders placed on this website receive an order reference and begin with Pending status. All orders are subject to inventory verification. An order is confirmed when our team changes its status to Confirmed or contacts you with confirmation. WhatsApp enquiries alone do not create an online order.
2. Pricing & Currency
All prices displayed on OpenSky are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and reflect our current retail charges. In the event of an unintended typographical pricing error, OpenSky reserves the right to notify the customer and cancel or adjust the order before shipment.
3. Shipping & Cash on Delivery (COD)
We provide nationwide Cash on Delivery service. Standard dispatch time is 2-3 business days within Dhaka city, and 3-5 business days outside Dhaka. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and accessible contact phone number.
4. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel an order free of charge at any time before the parcel has been handed over to our courier partner. Once an order is dispatched and on route, standard delivery fees will apply if the parcel is refused without valid defect reasons.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, graphics, and branding are the exclusive property of OpenSky. Reproduction or redistribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Manual wallet payments
When enabled, bKash and Nagad payments require manual verification. Use the receiving number and account type shown at checkout and confirm product availability before paying. A submitted transaction ID is not proof of a verified payment. Contact OpenSky with your order reference for payment issues or refunds; cancelling an order does not automatically refund a payment.
