OpenSky uses the information you provide to process and support your order.

Order information

When you order, we store your name, mobile number, delivery address, optional order note, purchased items, total and order status in our store database. Our store team can access this information to confirm, prepare and deliver your order. Necessary delivery details may be shared with the courier handling your parcel.

Browser storage and essential cookies

Your bag, wishlist and recently viewed products are stored in your browser. You can clear them through your browser settings. Essential session cookies support checkout security and administrator sign-in. This version of the store does not include advertising trackers or marketing analytics.

Opening a WhatsApp link takes you to an external service. WhatsApp handles messages under its own privacy policy. A prepared message is not sent until you choose to send it.

Payment information

Cash on delivery is available. If you choose an enabled manual wallet payment, we store the payment method, sending mobile number, transaction ID and verification status so our team can reconcile the payment. We do not collect wallet PINs, OTPs or card credentials.

Security and retention

Store administration requires authentication. Order records are retained for fulfilment and customer support. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information; applicable recordkeeping obligations may affect a deletion request. Security rate limits temporarily use a keyed hash of the connecting IP address.
